In November 2025, the Ministry of Environment of the Democratic Republic of Congo awarded our company the designated agency for ecological certificate supervision and issuance in the Asia Pacific region. The specific operation process is as follows:

1. Provide packing list and invoice, BV import license

2. Application Form (RFC)

3. Our company reviews the application form and invoice for the input audit of the product name and quantity to be collected. After summarizing the government fee list and verifying it with the exporter's input, we issue a payment order (DN). The applicant provides proof of payment after paying taxes based on this.

4. Provide Ecological Certification (ECO-CERTIFICATE).
